Greetings from the Beautiful Southwest

You may have noticed that I haven’t posted for a long time.  Please accept my apologies.  Life has been tumultuous in the last year and my time and attention has been pulled into hanging on for the ride and just living one day at a time.  But oh how rich that life has been.

I have much I’d like to share with you, but for now the most important part is that my husband Steve and I have moved from our beloved North Wales and Philadelphia area to Farmington, New Mexico, a beautiful small city located in the Four Corners region of New Mexico.

The move was prompted by a job offer for my husband who is a secondary school teacher.  Since October he has following his dream and  teaching history and reading to 8th graders in Mesa Alta Middle School which is part of the Bloomfield School District.

So while most sad to bid farewell to friends, family, colleagues and clients, all of whom are so dear to me, we are also so excited to explore this new home and find out what this new chapter in our life will bring.

As of this week I am excited to announce the opening of the New Mexico office of the Wissahickon Center for Relationship Therapy.  In addition to seeing couples and individuals in private therapy, I will be focusing on offering Intensives and workshops.  New Mexico is utterly beautiful and I hope that many of you will consider joining us here as we continue our work of healing and growth.

wishing all of you many blessings for the New Year.

Laura
